POST CONSTRUCTION & SITE CLEAN UP
We provide your company with two excellent and timely cleanup services. The list below covers some of the services we offer, but we know each job is different and we are confident that we can meet all the requirements of any project or punch list. Our post-construction cleanup crew is trained in all the special equipment and methods.
ROUGH CLEANING
Removal of all raw materials, waste, and heavy loads right after the structure is built. Cleaning of windows, track, frames and glass, both interior and exterior
FINAL CLEANING
Once the project is complete, right before inspection, we remove the toughest dirt, paint, dust and drywall from the surfaces of properties. Cleaning in great detail of all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and kitchen spaces. Also including, light fixtures and all surfaces, window cleaning, including and cleaning sills and frames, floor cleaning.
